Read the log again, Winnetou didn't even get deathblow, I don't know if that was what he wanted to point out, but if he pleaded guilty on the charge, well, sucks for him.

I think his intention with regard to the subject of the log, is that Pounder reported a solo kill. Which i find amusing, seeing as all of Winnetou's alts report my solo attempts.
