First for Armand. You were hitlisted for participating in a pk of a guildmate. You died. Beornings and you were even. Xsi set few of our traps and helped enemies to escape. She was attempted. You knew good and if I were you I would probably try to settle things down with the GM of the guild Xsi did shit to (and not like you say to the guildmaster that Xsi only causes you trouble and that Beornings can attempt here anytime they want (as posted on board)). But you did not try to do anything. Even after You guys killed Ixnay, Krimpatul tried to approach you for a peaceful solving of the problem. You declined again and stopped responding to tells. This is not how a real guildmaster should behave. That for you deserve your war. And Who am I to say 'Welcom to the war?' I dont need my guild to kick your asses. Even so, Ixnay, I didn't even get to tell Xsi to trigger invites todo party join oracle. I told her ok and that we would be waiting, and then suddenly she popped up. She wasn't in my party so I went west hoping she would follow, and she did.
Point is we didn't have enough time to get to know all the details.
Well, i would argue the 'defending' part. I was tempted into a lockup to be killed, not defended :p
Xsi only had to go off and report, or tell me to stop and there will be no report and we were done.

Yeah curr, its true. Her backstab trigger said ixnay, i told oracle 'xsi stabbed' real fast, *im not up to date on beornings guildmembers, and immidiately asked if it was a joke, me and oracle were both off looking for keys, only thing that passed was sayign which were in and out....
She had to say, 'no joke, beornings' she explained that she had guildbroke due to being in an alias, and left the hall to break respectably, I went to osgiliath to get her a damn tent to sit in and heal.... Oracle sent tell he was setting dead marshes, i told her to get in open and go.. I ran to my hall, grabbed her the healing she would need and off we went.
Believe it or not, there wasnt much communication between me and oracle other than setting a quick lock, we had to get shit done.
I was even afk through half this log! My boss walked in on me at work, and I had to set triggers to fire ixnay off of my fireballs.
You can see the 3 repeated casts at the beginning of the log while i was setting it. So you can bet I didnt have time to give Oracle the entire layout.
So dont give me the believalbe story shit. All i have done is defend my men. Find ONE log where I lead an attack on beornings? Show me one where a beorning didnt die because they hunted into one of my locks!

So Ixnay stabs Xsi unfaded, Xsi sends a tell to Armand who asks Oracle for help. Xsi knows who it is, Armand knows who it is, but somehow they both forget to tell Oracle, who's setting the lockup, even though they all have plenty of time for them to set it up, for Xsi to run around tempt Ixnay into hunting again, etc. etc. No reason to tell him, of course. 'There was no way I could know who attacked Xsi'. No way he could know! Well, except ask her or Armand, but he couldn't do that, now could he? Because if he knew, he'd be breaking his promise not to use whip against the Beornings!

I told Beornings I wouldn't use it against them, and I wouldn't deliberatly. Me and Armand had just gotten circlet and Xsi was getting get fang, all of a sudden Armand tells me Xsi was backstabbed on the plains. I told him to find and that I was checking lockups.
We locked the people who were after Xsi. There was no way I could know who attacked Xsi and as Ixnay said himself I did nothing wrong in defending a friend because you would do the same thing. When I saw it was Ixnay who had attacked Xsi there were two things I could have done:
1) Leave Xsi to die because I said I wont attack Beornings, not likely considering I would rather die myself.
2) Kill Ixnay and save my friend, since I had no idea he was the attacker until it was too late.
None of this of course matters to either Rand or Daywalker, because all they see in this log is me killing their guildmate when in fact their guildmate attacked my friend and not the other way around.
And 'That shows how much his word is worth.' is SOOOOOOO much horseshit talk because I told Beornings uncountable times not to attack me and I wont attack them, yet you come after me from time to time breaking your word over and over and last time it was Therigion doing so.
Why is it that you have to have the last word, because you think you can? Its one thing to know who the attacker is, its another not to. I did nothing wrong here, and if you can't realize that and think I should be hitlisted, then you're nothing different from what FRA was. When locked, vial, and full flask with MELS should put up a good fight - if i was a little more aware of my EP (hit 0 right before i drank vial, resulted in MELS dropping and me not noticing) the fight would have been more interesting. I feel me not hunting to start with made it obvious i was aware of a lockup. Hence i called in Daywalker. Eel would have died first, and maybe Xsi second, with time to leave and break oracle.
But you have to gamble a little on these things, and in this case it went very very wrong for me :) - my awarness is way off.
As far as i am concerned, Oracle and Armand did nothing wrong, well, they tempted me into a lockup with intenet to kill, rather than defend there guild mate - but i would have done exaclty the same thing. Xsi was target from hitlist. Not the others, and i would expect it to stay that way.
