Now before people pipe in, its not that hard to say 'who has CC claim' then while people are gearing up run and see if any of them have contracts and be back down there. So yes, he claimed his contract but it can still be random.
Pretty much at boot, Winnetou or his alt(if they are at war or have enough enemies on) you can count to show up at CC. Hes made me nervous there many times. Nice kill but can't give it a 6 because it seemed random.
