The lowlands grid has always been there, it just used to be 'Rohan Plains'
Much like they decapitalised old forest road this boot, and they made edo->MT 'The plains' at the same time as 'Rohan Lowlands' and have now changed it back to 'The Plains'
When they added that new river they added an entire rohan lowlands grid :P not much of a change really...
