Bleh, success is a fine mix of type skill and client skill. I could have an uber-client as well, but if I don't know the directions myself then its pointless. Most well-planned kills happen in a quest that you're pretty much fucked in anyway. (My kill anyway) You could map a fucking grid until the shit changes colors and Bakal stops being a fag, but if you don't know it and you're trying to find something then mouse clicking will not beat keyboard commands. If it does.. whatever, get a new video card and leave us poor folk to our MUD.

Well we have fast typists and slow ones. Me and Martha use typeskill over clientskill.
I use GMud... it's a pretty stripped down system. Doesn't allow wildcards in client triggers. On the one hand I can say 'whee! I do most of my stuff by hand.' On the other hand, if I had a sexier client I'd probably be more successful. Whatever, it's all a game.

Actually making them helps you learn the grid in your head.
Pallasch, progress. That client, damn someone put alot of work into making the client fix the regular messup stuff that newer players seem to think maps and triggers can fix. Messups like missaliases, not knowing the grid by heart. Too scared to get pked and go lost and die... Not saying you have that, just generally speaking. Was it Westar that was first to brag about how his client would make a alias to the closest huntbreak when he was attacked anywhere........
