Why kill ER's, when there are far more viable targets playing FR's. When ER's start outnumbering FR's 4-1 then you might start seeing a lot more infighting.
Still I find it quite pleasant that the ER's seem to 'mostly' be working together. Though there have been a few instances of ER's killing ER's, usually to prove a point like 'stop killing in mordor'.
