I fought Irun wielding it.. i remember i missed 15 out of 16 rounds, literally 30 mins after i reset it. Same thing happened to someone who attacked me with it, also exc unall. It still rocks against npc's though.
I've had moral chars get devestated by whip wielding evils. Of course, that was before it was nerfed and you could get up to Al as an evil and get nice little Aim/Attack potions.
Whip are teh sux, in PCvPC combat.
