Well, I remember an MC case about it. I think it was a Meg that reported because TB or FRA kept doing it to make then leave claims at boots or so. I don't remember the outcome, but I am sure it was not defined as bug abuse.
I did it all the time, its no bug abuse, I am free to report anyone I want whenever I want and there is nothing bad, nothing wrong. This stupid lawsys has one helpful thing in it and its to be used.
