    The ruined city of Osgiliath stands before you.  Once the capital of the
Kingdom of Gondor, this is now a shell of a city destroyed by war, plague
and centuries of neglect.  The South Road runs through the city to cross the
Anduin River.
A dark cloud hangs over Minas Tirith, to the southwest.
