Actualy, I think the less EP you have the more HP it takes. But, I havnt tested in awhile. I know the more HP I have the more EP it gives me back. :runs off to test:

i think leech is more like SRS strike, more HP bigger percent of dammage it do, so dont leech if your oponent is dlsg or similar
