    Tall and tangled, majestic and untended, the groves in this thick 
woodland bear the mark of neglect.  Planted in ages passed by people long 
forgotten, they have grown unpruned and uncared for all these years. 
Yet still they live on, bearing fruit and flower for anyone who happens 
upon them.  This forest was the last outpost of Gondor before falling to
Sauron's shadow.  The dominant types of tree growing here are fir and
cedar, with flame-shaped cool cypress standing tall and strong.  The scent 
of the flora of this area permeates the air.

The Harad Road continues northeast.
