You can believe that if you want Pallasch just like you can believe i am which ever typist you pick me to be this week but i am not the only moderator here and i try to work with every one here in a team. so unless it is very obvious harassment and i see that other moderators have left it i usualy ask them especially since they hear all the bullshit complaining on the mud about it. if i miss something the other moderators catch it and the reverse.
i think maybe you feel this is so not objective because the same people who have got warned or blocked in the last couple months got warned and blocked for harassing people that it used to be 'ok' to harass and instead of fixing the attitude problem they just got worse and got it over and voer. the things you complain about are not at all worse than what you have been free to post but because you have issues with them you complain just like other comments where one player said another cheated. those comments do not get removed just because one of the players is a power or some one you choose to not like.

there is a list of players the moderators has talked about blocking because they do nothing but look to be problems. maybe it is time to do that. i will ask them about that too.

I returned after some time to check site hows going on with game, and i see this. Look Draugluin, you are again looking for support from those couple cocksuckers here in game, like what you have done is right thing. I think Skyman had a player vendetta against him -- which you can see, just by looking at all the cheering going on when he was removed.
That, I guess, stems from the way he acted toward other players...and just happens to coincide with the way he acted toward the rules of the game (ie, ignoring em).
Draugluin, people dont always get nuked for cheating or harassing. Some people get nuked and sitebanned because certain ainur dislike them. For example, I got sitebaned because of the way I expressed my opinions of the mud on this ooc log page. (I called you a dumbhead)

I had one char in the beginning - Skyman. Then I made Dark and Light. Then I maxed Light and made Dark level10. Then Light was nuked along with Netwarrior for 'mp violations' that were whatsoever BULSHIT. We hadn't done a stinking thing:P Except for Light soloing Karos(an alt of an x-Power who used to be a Guild Lord too) and for Netwarrior soloing Karos too. So Karos got pissed, whined at Draugluin and therefore - poof, mp violations. So that were our first characters nuked. Then I decided - what the heck, my brother can have Dark if he wants to play it. Eventually, when he stopped playing it - hadn't played it for an year I decided to max it out. And I did. Then I got nuked. That's life.

Once on that list, you would get nuked for absolutly anything, and to really throw salt on the wound, the guy you 'cheated' with gets only a warning and a pat on the back. So really, its not about cheating, its about that Black List:))) Trust me, I know.
There is no real 'Black List' as you put it (I would imagine unless you count the sitebanned list), but if you're well known as a cheater/bug abuser then it would make sense that people treat you harder. You have been found breaking the rules multiple times, and you KNOW what you did is wrong as you've bene punished for it in the past. If punishing you didn't work, the alternative is to punish you harder, be that through nukes/sitebans or whatever. For someone who is not known for cheating or whatever, then give them the benefit of the doubt if they claim 'I didn't know', give them a warning, and if they do it again then they will be punished just as harshly.
There is no list, it's more about reputation.
First of all, it was not Fletcher, it was mostly Kenny Miller and barry Ferguson with alongside them James McFadden.

Having posted all that, and read some of the comments in past threads, I think Draug may have somewhat devolved. He seems to be getting into flames and stupid arguments on the log page quite frequently, he hasn't moved to Bulgaria has he ?

Hmm, sour grapes ? I've probably played this game for longer than you, and gotten into it quite heavily at several points, I've never really run into ainur stupidity except once and even then I suppsoe it cna be explained, though it did annoy me. I'll recount it and you can make your own opinions up for it.
The first time I applied to immort I was denied and the response was because they thought I was a cheater and therefore unsuitable (before anyone says anything about maps or client settings this was long before I used zmud, and purely used mud aliases/client triggers plus a big text file of do commands I created to get about). I managed to get an ainur's attention (I think it may have been carcharoth or castamir, I forget and it doesn't really matter) and the response I was given was that I had been abusing the shadow sword quest exp bug.
Here is where the stupidity comes in. I didn't even know the shadow sword quest until well after the bug was fixed (and after all the nukes for people who were abusing it). I was shown it once when I helped bashgeroy try to get the shadow sword at boot, and then found it to be a good exp align down quest. I then used it quite frequently so I could mostly kill evil people yet still be able to enter mordor once every two weeks (again before I got around to working out the lair). I explained all that to the ainur and they claimed they had logs showing me doing it during the period in question. I would have argued more, but they also pointed out the warning I'd recently obtained (one and only ever warning, go figure) as such I just gave it up.
Anyways, that all said, there have been extreme reactions to situations, but I'd hardly call Draugluin a 'script kiddie' I'd imagine he's written his fair share of code (just knowing how much code I had to write to get through newbie and when I joined a domain)

With regards to what jaier said, I have never been nuked, and have only ever had one warning (and that was for telling to someone I shouldn't to insert something somewhere if I recall correctly).

Actually, the first two times you guys lost lots of characters was because you were sharing Dark, among others. The second time was because your brother was stupid enough to transfer a character from a guy some of us knew from since before you guys were playing (Zlobarisko/Morstef). Who caught them this time?

yeah if you pass gold just once in a long while or transfer a little known char and dont say anything about it you'll probably be fine but that is of little impact to the game, habitual cheating like yours is what the system is designed to prevent
