Yes, good one Boffo you...boffo.(it means stupid!) However, thankfully you can't report thefts that happen when you're drunk. If you do you will find yourself suddenly exploding at an alarming rate.

If the target is too drunk to check their inventory, they can have worn/wielded items stolen.
We can obviously steal anything worn and anything from containers.
erm, thieves can steal worn packs? or it was just because J-dog was drunk?
