For the ones that remember: ^I wish you a very usul-full day.

Hail all,

Today I made an important decision in my life, I set forth on a voyage to The West. Being an elf wizard, one of the Falathrim, I heard the Cry of the Sea getting stronger and stronger.

Usul, one of the few remaining Marines of the Naval Army of Gondor, more known as the NAoG, will be no more. After the disbandment of the NAoG he found a home in the caves of Glorglas, where he offered his magic to King Thranduils. This change of lifestyle also brought him his old age, and most of his fellow guildmembers did not see him for weeks, and if they saw him, they only saw him staring.

Staring, staring in the long gone past, where he grew up, in the Grey Havens, seeking his way into the world while old legends roamed Arda, getting clubbed to death by some sheriff who happened to be the protege of Dormin/Dookie.He met a lot of friends, but everytime he looked at his pallantir, some more of the friends of old were gone. Those memories are fading now, and I thought it good to start treasuring them, away from Arda.

I have played for almost six years, byt never managed to get Usul past 50 days of age. I never recreated usul, i only once tried to make an alt, but it felt bad, like abandoning a part of myself. I played the game, and it helped my playing my own self, playing the game in my head. I was Usul, I will always be a little Usul, some elf wizard almost no one really knew.

I want to thank all of you for playing this game, filling the log page, living here, players and coders alike. I never had any part in anything big in Arda, just a little part in arda itself.

You just keep on going.

On behalf of Usul,
Marine of Naog

Semper Fidelis

regards,
