We had been watching Amyl for one RL week, while he was standing at his innroom in telloff. He only moved one time every 30th minute to steal.

I've had a few dreams about the MUD when i played. In one I was chased by 3 people in mordor, for some reason I recall Fimbu being one, and in the other some SoU got me at Balforth, in this big battle. Heh, violent dreams?

Likely stuck after events happening a lot, with different chars. :)

I once had a -really- cool dream. I was a wizard (naturally, what else?), and I was fighting an enemy wizard in Barad-Dur, a beorning, N-something or other. I no longer remember the details, but it wasn't text, it was 'real'. It was awesome.

So yeah, I felt I should share that with you all, while we are talking about dreams.

I've had dreams of escaping attempts near Thranduil's via skull helmets - just glimpes here and there. The brain is a crazy thing if it could actually spew out the correct lines at the right speed etc, with my pretending to type with real results... Bap that dream is insane though :P

While I was asleep I dreamt that I stole 400k but then I went into some strange forest (or new moria) then I was pking someone with the 400k in my hands. Then I think I got playerkilled with them and then some semi-friend of mine killed my killer and obviously took them or something. Don't remember anything else:)

His alarm trigger actually makes the client execute the freebie aliases, deposit the gold, and return back to his inn, every 26 minutes and 45 seconds. He doesn't type anything in himself to do all this :P And I doubt he sits there at his computer the entire time all day long.

There are LOADS of you who have freebie aliases you run often. Who cares if he has a damn good one and knows how to run it on ticks?

First off, nice theft. Oppurtonitest, but nice as the amount stolen seems to me the largest ever on the mud history.

I do however find it extremely disrepectful to accuse someone of cheating when he has been away from it the whole time. The only reason people befriend Sime most of the times is to get gold off him thinking he is an idiot. The guy has a goal on his mudding characters, weather you think his goals are stupid/silly/unworthy it does not justify you accusing him of anything. You guys play your game and he plays his.

And to the others who know shit, dont acuse the guy of botting, half of you did not even know about the game when he was well on his way through the mud.

If I know Sime, he's probably playing another game on his computer or PS2 while on one of his chars, and has an alarm or timer to remind him to go back to mud, run his freebie or theft alias and go back to playing. Would you bot and risk getting nuked if all of your chars had over one million of gold?

Now it would be cool if Ecidon or someone had killed the mt level 4 guards for me so that I could get there when he was below the inn.. no fines too :)

Few months from now Ecidon will be running around talking about how he stole a ton of gold from me, just like Ketan still brags about getting me in mordor once with several uniques, or how Douglas hacked and suicided two of my characters.... People say i don't bring much to the game anymore. Well afaik this is kinda big to bring to the game, being the target of the highest stolen amount of money, which atm can only be outdone by me being the target again.. Im up way to late already, peace out. feel free to contact me if you ever start playing WoW ppl. I'm on EU server Stormreaver. all those triggers to do anything to my ingame names, well thats from age old school mudding with pierre moorfiend kriss and shaft, they had them to bandage me if needed, cause they sucked at typing fast back then. They didnt have partysplit Fyi...

There is no timer to do stuff every 45mins idiot. if you knew the first thing about zmud you would know that you cant make triggers that go off after real time. that would have to be 45min while connected to the game, pity that dumb people think they can make boast about intelligence when they clearly lack it....do you get away with logic of this grade in school??

Lets start a flame i love discussions where people think they look smart by dumb remarks.

Yeah, explain the timer you have set that makes you run that freebie alias every 45 minutes from the MT4 innroom :P And I don't like your client, too many useless aliases.

Oh yeah, how about the triggers you have that make you bandage, shape, and give gold to your own alts? :)

I said it was lowgrade botting, something that anybody could do and get away with.

Pallasch oh RLY, you've seen my client eh. I don't bot, you think i would still be around if i botted that gold, were you born yesterday?

I don't use any kind of re renting triggers either, when i idle i turn parsing and triggers off to make sure noone can unidle me with triggers.

As far as you planning this Ecidon, did you land on the moon too?. From my pov you enterd and exited the room 3 times before coming back a last time to steal. Also none of the contracts were placed with Amyl, are you also born yesterday?

I've had several ppl report me for botting through the past years and guess what 0 of those stuck on me.

As far as having that money in my hands. well where would you put money you stole that you couldnt bank....

Ecidon your comments dont add up at all. You've ruined your story without me even having to comment about it. First of all you claim you stole it all in one theft and then came back another day to cover steal..... yeah right, well problem there is that i reported you not longer then 20mins after you had done the theft and i reported 6 times. Now either its either your story or you are saying that you used some kind of lawsys bug to cover the thefts and make your cover steals (another day) count torwards the theft reports i made 20mins after.

Now if this is the fact well im guessing you wont be hanging around much, otherwise its your story that is flawed. If you are trying to gain reputation as a awsome dood that stole buttloads of money, i would try to avoid adding a bunch of lies.

Pallasch if you seem to think im using some kind of bot that you have cause you also have my client, dude go use that bot then im sure it would work.....id laugh my butt off when you get nuked for it though. Do moronic statements go in the family?

Fyi this is pocket change and not a biggie as its been a fun situation to me too, i got to see ecidon cry like a baby while trying to trick me into giving him a deal for the gold back. MSn convo logs and ingame mails if anyone wants to see :). its truely some hilarious stuff.

To explain more exactly, how I could get reported. I stole 420,000 gold from Amyl around 7 RL days ago. In one theft, then I waited a few days. Stole a few covers from him, but I got confused when I saw that I stole around 40,000 gold in one theft when I used the 'steal little gold' command. This was my misstake, shouldn't have tried to cover those covers. But you learn from your misstakes.

  • Author
    Ecidon [legacy]
    At
    02 February 2006 21:56:35

Everyone makes misstakes, mine costed me 200k. This wont happen again, that's for sure. It was my biggest theft ever, it lost 90% of it's glory now. But it's still something which I'll remember, got around 100k out of it. So I'd say it was worth it, it's expensive to gamble.

  • Author
    Ecidon [legacy]

    02 February 2006 21:51:09

Due to I did coverthefts on Amyl while he had like 100k on him, I got high fines and covered that. Amyl was smart enough to report me for those, paid around 300k in fines. Props to Amyl, still got enough money out of all this.

Kelos, it was most likely not 100% correct. You always get an 'exact' amount of gold, but it might not be correct to what he really got. This appraise was with 100 appraisal too, it's almost never correct. You miss all from 0-100 gold coins from time to time, atleast when it's about this much money I belive.
