Yea Banhe, most of them ran to innroom, quit, and never logged on... But I did manage to nail a few. And i know my fellow legion mates got a few too.

Except that with the low costs of death, it's not worth it to kill an FR if you're not serving, unless you're a brand new character.

You might see a lot more of this soon, Duncan. For one thing, not too long ago some 'rioters' betrayed a legion and killed their warlord. I think they were all killed eventually for it.
The main thing is, with the new fail kill system, you might see more ER roleplay with wars and the like. Always before it was all we could do to keep our lands together (or go raiding), as we only had maybe 1 ER to every 7 FRs. Now that we don't have to worry about assassins every time to quest a DSL or BHBS (and vice versa for FRS), we'll see more ER vs ER action.

Just go back to the way things worked before ER v2. Guild wars, contracts, old fueds, spiced up with the occasional foray into evil lands for raids and the like. It'll be interesting to see how this new battefield system will work.

SOR shouldn't even be a region, because nobody really truly CONTROLS the area. They may be evil influence there in the form of a few orcs, but that does not constitute ownership of an area.
