No, it didn't. That petition was written before the new petition requirements were set down. It was like 55 to 45 (yes/no respectively) with a difference of about 500 aged votes.
Speaking of petitions, glad to see my petition 1410 got approved...should be good for assassins I think, especially seeing as how they'll become totally solo killers with that other petition being implemented down the road...

Crosis and I did some sparring today, and we identified that it was most probably a bug. We sent a couple of bug reports in, lets see what happens. Referring here to the 'headbutt who' and stuff. That 'one man bang' petition that was newsed... a question, does anyone remember if that petition was actually passed?

Yea, i noticed the.. 'cant use your fighting skills' - thing, when Dream attacked me in Mordor..
All i got was:
'You move in close to attack, but fail to connect due to
poor timing. You cannot attack that creature.'
Seems like a bug to me, but i think typing: '-skill- dream' worked.. or first 'kill dream' then simply 'skill'... confusing :P
