Player Kill

Two hours of stalking and planning. Ainur, please, return back the old ways. You are just wasting our time, not changing a thing - evils will continue to die.

Worst thing about this log was that you didn't get chance to loot all Novara's goodies :P good kill.

Shouldn't the north Kadar gate guards have stopped you from going south? I must be missing something.

It was an all right log. It had some decent elements, but to me I see these logs like stories. This particular story didn't offer as much excitement as other logs you, and Dream himself, have posted. The fact that Novara is a good friend of mine doesn't keep me from giving this log the decent rating it deserves...but does it deserve a 6, the highest possible rating? I give those to the truly *awesome* logs, the ones that hooked me and wouldn't let me go, and this one just doesn't have that suspense.

This log is testament to Dream's perserverance and dedication in the art of assassination. Brilliant, amazing work. How can you lame ass ERs and co rate it so low? It makes anything you've posted pale in comparison, with the exception of the kill on Gimzar. [This log is the opposite of that, except without a backstab and even stalking]

Exide, please, _please_ shut up. You are a nobody. You have accomplished nothing compared to others man... you're well known because people DISLIKE you, not because you have anything other than a defunct personality and a big mouth to back it up with.

Lyssara was Oblivious the variag Dread Rider

    Montog the olog-hai Devastator

    Darling Man-Tshaazir the olog-hai Stalker

Exley the Unseen the haradrim Tyrant

    Bleed Cut'Throat the variag Pursuer

All done while they were golding or questing in Harondor. I can't remember the last time I was caught in Mordor though.

    Thenardi...pity you...

Chrono, there are a thousand other muds with different systems. There are strategy games, there are a lot of things.

Most of us liked the mud as it was and we enjoyed playing it as it was about five years ago or something. There used to be like over 100 players online and few of us would complain about something - most often about someone's mother. Then all of a sudden some people decided there should be changes - and there's what you get - a Reign of N00bs!

As for the log, pure 6! Good decisiveness to end the hunt (rare to see), good colors, good fight:P

Man, if there was one person out there who complained about the new changes that didn't have something to do with making the game a little bit harder, making it necessary to have some amount of intelligence in your everyday happenings, maybe the Ainur would actually listen.

I still have yet to see anything horribly wrong with this new system that requires me to actually bitch about something before it ends up fixing itself. I've had gotten pretty bored playing the EXACT SAME game for around six years, now this whole new system opens up and it actually is exciting enough to draw me back in and play the game again.

But every time someone dies (losing what, maybe an hour of playing time to re-max stats?), or something becomes noticably difficult and they or someone else complains about bringing back the good-old days. Which is also ironic, because six years ago I remember quite a few people asking those current Ainur to bring back the good-old days... which didn't happen and we've moved on - which I suggest we do now. I've had more fun on both sides of this fight than I've had in a long time playing this MUD.

Dream sounds like a name chosen for something that you wish to come true. I don't see the mud going back. Dreams are like rainbows, only idiots chase them.
